Bio
Lucy Rodriguez leads global human resources technologies for Driscoll's, a berry farming company with operations and employees around the world. A graduate of the University of Arizona’s School of Journalism, her professional background includes a span of policy, outreach, intergovernmental affairs and communications work. Prior to joining Driscoll's, she served as a Congressional staff member in the United States Senate.

She serves on the University of Arizona Yuma Alumni Chapter’s Scholarship Board, where she dedicates time to boosting local high school and college students' access to higher education at the University of Arizona. She is Vice President of the Yuma Alumni Chapter, a board member of the Yuma Community Food Bank, and a certified yoga instructor. Rodriguez also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of Factor Sales Inc., her family's grocery store business chain that is locally owned and operated in southwestern Arizona and southeastern California.
