Jenny Pack is the Supervisor for the Arizona Department of Agriculture Egg Program. She provides technical expertise in implementing the regulatory standards governing the food safety and quality of shell eggs in commercial processing plants in Arizona. A strong steward in Egg Inspection, Jenny Pack oversees a dedicated team of USDA Licensed Egg Inspectors who are tasked to protect and ensure the quality agricultural product to the state of Arizona and beyond.
