Tim's passion is to be a servant-leader; he believes that everyone has the potential to make an impact within their community and that it begins by serving and helping others. Tim Bowlby is a public office holder, a telecommunication professional and a member of Project CENTRL Class 30.

Currently he is serving his 3rd term as an elected council member for the City of Willcox. Tim strives to positively impact the lives of his friends and neighbors in his community by working with the other council members to create the policies needed for the future of Willcox. In his spare time, Tim has a career in the telecommunications industry, where he works for Valley Telecom Group as the IT/Broadband Manager where he works with his teams to ensure 8,500+ subscribers receive high quality Internet service.

Tim also helps out with and serves on a couple of non-profit boards. When he is not working, you may find him hanging out with his wife and dog, eating good food, training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, golfing, video gaming, reading, or whatever new hobby he finds.
