Bio
Victoria Cranford, known to everyone as Torey, is a passionate advocate for small business growth, entrepreneurship, and community leadership in Eastern Arizona. She serves at the Eastern Arizona College Small Business Development Center, where she works with entrepreneurs in every stage of business, from startup planning to expansion and long-term success.

For more than three years, Torey has facilitated the DreamBuilder program, helping aspiring and established business owners gain the tools, confidence, and knowledge needed to build thriving businesses. Her dedication has helped grow the program and positively impact many entrepreneurs throughout the region.

Torey brings more than 20 years of firsthand entrepreneurial experience. She previously owned the Model “A” Cafe in San Simon, Arizona, operated Cakes with TLC, a successful home-based bakery for over 15 years, and was a founding owner of Gila Valley Made during the COVID era, creating a brick-and-mortar marketplace that supported local home-based businesses.

She lives in Safford with her husband, Randy, of 27 years. Together they have two children, Nick and Emaleah. Their daughter Emaleah and her husband Ethan are the proud parents of Torey’s two grandsons, Maverick and Colter.

A dedicated community volunteer, Torey has served six years with the Graham County Chamber of Commerce, including as Board President in 2025. She also serves on the board of Nathaniel's Childhood Cancer Foundation, is Board President of Safford Rotary, and is a member of the EA Lions Club. Torey is known for her heart for service, her commitment to helping others succeed, and her belief that strong businesses help build strong communities.
