Richard Knott has nearly 15 years of experience in tribal planning and economic development, including over a decade as a grant writer for the Hualapai Tribe. His background as a researcher and community liaison, combined with an educational foundation in natural and cultural resource management, informs his holistic and community-centered approach to project development. Richard also holds certifications in project management and procurement, which further support his effectiveness in coordinating complex, grant-funded initiatives. A lifelong resident of rural communities, he now lives in Kingman, Arizona, where he enjoys hunting, fishing, and exploring the region by motorcycle.
