A proud Arizona native with deep roots in the rural Southwest, Scott Saline serves as an administrator for several agricultural public power entities across central Arizona, placing him at the forefront of the major challenges and transitions facing the state’s water and energy sectors.

Scott is an associate with K. R. Saline & Associates, where he provides consulting services to electric districts, tribal utilities, and municipal power entities throughout Arizona.
