Speaker Lisa Atkins not only has a storied career of public service including her current roles as Commissioner of the Arizona State Land Department and President of the Central Arizona Project Board; but also was instrumental in Project CENTRL's early years helping schedule the National Seminar while working for Congressman Bob Stump.
